Established in Annex II of regulation 1169/2011 on food information provided to the consumer, so the menu established on the menu or outside it contains or may contain traces of cereals that contain gluten, sesame, soy, eggs, milk, crustacean, fish, mollusks, peanuts, nuts, lupins, mustard, celery, sulfites, or their derived products.
